Data You Give Us Directly
Search Queries
A name or case number entered in a search tool is sent to the outside provider operating that tool. We do not keep or log those search terms on our own systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
If you email us, the message may be retained long enough to respond and maintain the related correspondence. It is not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is legally required.
Data We Gather Automatically
Normal server and analytics records can collect technical details about a visit:
- IP address
- Browser type and version
- Device and operating system
- Pages viewed and time spent
- Referring page, when available
- Time of each request
Cookies and Analytics
Cookies help measure traffic and understand how pages are used. Analytics vendors may combine those signals into aggregate reports. Browser controls can reject cookies, although some features may then work differently.
What We Do With This Data
Information collected through routine operation may be used for these purposes:
- Operate and improve site speed
- Route a search to the selected partner
- Measure which resources visitors use
- Diagnose errors and security problems
- Display advertising that may reflect inferred interests
No Court-Record Data on File
Searcy County Court Docket does not host, compile, maintain, or sell a database of Arkansas court dockets or personal case records. It publishes directions to Search ARCourts, the Searcy County Circuit Clerk, Circuit Court, and the Marshall Department. The site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and visitor information is not assembled into consumer reports about other people.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies supply the search tools shown on some pages. Their privacy terms govern anything entered into those tools, including retention and disclosure. Review the provider's policy before submitting a query because we do not control its practices.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to Arkansas courts, clerks, Search ARCourts, legal resources, advertisers, or search providers. Once a visitor leaves this site, the destination's privacy policy applies. Some advertising providers may also use their own technology to measure activity across sites.
Who Might See Your Data
Personal data is not sold. Limited information may reach:
- Search providers processing a submitted query
- Analytics vendors measuring performance
- Advertising networks serving page content
- Government or law-enforcement authorities responding to valid legal process
How We Protect Your Data
Reasonable safeguards are used for information within our control. No internet service can promise perfect security, however, and this policy does not guarantee that a breach or technical failure will never occur.
Users Under 18
The site is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Information identified as belonging to a minor will be removed when a valid request brings it to our attention.
Your Data Rights
Rights may differ based on where a visitor lives. A person may ask to access, correct, or delete data held by us and may request limits on certain processing where applicable. Arkansas Supreme Court Administrative Order 19 governs access to court records, while the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act, Ark. Code ยง 25-19-105, concerns public-record access. Neither makes this private site the custodian of a Searcy County case file.
- Request a copy of personal data we hold
- Ask that inaccurate information be corrected
- Request deletion where law permits
- Object to or opt out of eligible processing
